Job Description
We are looking for a System and Network Administrator (SRA) with development skills to join our team. You will work closely with our technical team to manage our infrastructure and develop monitoring and analysis tools, such as dashboards for registrar accounts (credits, domain names managed, and transactions) from our databases.

Your main responsibilities:

System and Network Administration
Manage, maintain, and optimize network and system infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
Secure systems and networks (firewall, VPN, antivirus).
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network and server incidents.
Manage servers, including setting up and monitoring backups, and ensuring availability.

Development of Internal Tools to Automate and Optimize IT Processes
Participation in Innovative and Collaborative IT Projects.
Data Development and Analysis
Design and develop dashboards and analytical tools from our SQL databases.
Automate reports on registrar accounts (credits, managed domains, and transactions).
Collaborate with the team to integrate solutions into business processes.

Security
Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data.
Ensure system compliance with ICANN registry standards.

Profile
Education: Bac+3/5 in Computer Science with a specialization in ASR
Experience Level: Intermediate, Confirmed

Key Technical Skills

System and Network Administration
Using Linux/Unix systems.
Strong knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN).
Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).

Databases
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Development and Automation
Development skills (Python, Shell, PHP, or other relevant languages).
Knowledge of dashboard and visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.).

Additional Assets
Cybersecurity skills (firewalls, intrusion detection, etc.).
Passion for development and new technologies.

Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
Meets deadlines with seriousness and efficiency.
Excellent written and spoken French, comfortable communicating in English with international partners.

Job Conditions
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) with a three (03) month probation period, convertible to a Permanent Contract (CDI) after one (01) year.
Location: Tana Water Front, Ambodivona, Antananarivo 101 Availability: Position start date on February 10, 2025
Salary: According to NIC-MG salary scale.
